Clump of arugula

Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese flakes

Pizza Base

PROCEDURE:

Wash the arugula . Stuff the Pizza Base with diced mozzarella, salt lightly on the surface, then bake at 220º C for about 10 minutes.
-
At this point take the pizza out of the oven and top it with the arugula, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese flakes, a nice sprinkling of black pepper, oil and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. Enjoy it piping hot!
