Milano Modena Cocktail
By: @mixography
Inspired by the Milano Torino cocktail, which unites each city’s iconic aperitivo, and the Spagliato- a Negroni riff “mistakenly” prepared with Prosecco instead of gin- my Milano Modena or “Mi-Mo” combines Emilia-Romagna’s Lambrusco with its legendary vinegar in a recipe tailor-made for spritz lovers.

Ingredients:
3 oz. Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOP
.75 oz. Campari
.25 oz. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “Invecchiato"
Directions:
Measure each ingredient into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes
Garnish with an orange wedge
