Parmesan French toast with balsamic mushrooms and poached egg

2 eggs, 1/4c Parmesan, 1 tsp@originalbalsamicvinegar, 1/4c half&half, 4 slices challah, pinch of black pepper and salt
1. Whisk egg, parmesan, balsamic vinegar, half&half and pepper. Soak both sides of your bread
2. Heat up frying pan with 1 tbsp of butter and fry french toast until golden brown
Garlic Balsamic mushrooms
10oz mushrooms, 1/4 diced onion, 1/2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp soy sauce, salt & pepper
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Sweat onions and garlic and saute mushrooms until soft. Stir fry balsamic vinegar, soysauce, s&p
2. Garnish over french toast with chopped spring onion and drizzle of balsamic!
