Chicken in Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:

Chicken
-
Butter
-
Red onion
-
Oregano
-
French tomatoes
-
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

Basil
Procedure:

Set a large pan over medium heat, then add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 cup red onion sautéed add the chicken. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until the bottom of the chicken is golden.

Flip the chicken and keep cooking until almost done, another 2 to 3 minutes. When you’re about 1 to 11⁄2 minutes out from the chicken being done, add 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 cup French tomatoes sautéed 1 minute or 2.

Then add 1/2 cup balsamic and 1/4 tsp basil. and finish with a big pinch of salt and black pepper

Cook until the sauce has thickened, flipping to the sauce reduces.

Transfer all the chicken to a plate and serve.
