Pizza with arugula, Asiago, prosciutto crudo and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
Ingredients:

Arugula
-
Asiago cheese
-
Prosciutto crudo

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
Procedure:

Prepare a pizza base
-
Cut the asiago cheese into thin pieces and spread them over the pizza.

Bake the pizza, checking that the asiago has melted well.

Once the pizza is ready, take it out of the oven and sprinkle with arugula and prosciutto
to taste.

To finish, add drops of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and serve.
