Pizza with arugula, Asiago, prosciutto crudo and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

Ingredients:

  • Arugula

  • Asiago cheese

  • Prosciutto crudo

  • Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

Procedure:

  • Prepare a pizza base

  • Cut the asiago cheese into thin pieces and spread them over the pizza.

  • Bake the pizza, checking that the asiago has melted well.

  • Once the pizza is ready, take it out of the oven and sprinkle with arugula and prosciutto

    to taste.

  • To finish, add drops of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and serve.
