Pazzia Ristorante
Peach, fennel, gorgonzola and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI salad.
Ingredients:
• Yellow peached
• Fennel
• Gorgonzola Piccante PDO
• Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
Procedure:

Cut the peaches and grilled them both sides for few minutes - finely slice the fennel - make small crumbles of Gorgonzola cheese.

Mixed the fennel and cheese in a small container - add the Balsamic Vinegar dressing + salt and pepper.

Place in a plate - add the peaches and an extra drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar to finish the plate .

Add some dill for decoration.
