SAN FRANCISCO "BALSAMIC WEEK RESTAURANTS"

The Original Balsamic Week returns to the U.S., kicking off in the unofficial food capital of the West Coast: San Francisco. Hosted by the Consortium of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the eponymous week will feature partnerships with renowned restaurants across the city, where each chef will create original dishes centered on the staple Italian ingredient. 

Taking place September 12-19, the celebratory week will give San Franciscan foodies and Italophiles the exclusive opportunity to experience Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in new, unexpected ways. All 20 partnering restaurants will pair their innovative dishes with a glimpse of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena’s fascinating history and organoleptic qualities, offering patrons a unique educational experience.
